The first game i had a 188 with a open in the 10th frame, then the 2nd game i had the first 10 and ended with a 286 but the last game i got it together and had my 4th 300. I ended the night with a 774 series.

Thanks Roy. I had league tonight, and something positive happened. I gained a lot of my speed back. When I lost my speed, I fell apart. It all has to do with my timing.

Bowling is OK, nothing great. Maybe signs of getting better. I have an appointment with Carol Norman next month for a lesson. I'm driving there tomorrow, to have her pro shop drill me two more balls. Hope you are doing well.
